Research on Application of TETRA Digital Private Mobile Radio System in Exercising Information System

提出了一种陆地集群无线电(TETRA)数字集群在演练信息系统中的应用方案。描述了TETRA标准的通信方式、业务特点、最新演进及新功能,给出了典型的TETRA系统构成。结合TETRA的话音调度、短数据和分组数据三大业务,设计出演练信息系统中融合调度指挥、信息采集功能的统一移动通信应用总体方案,给出了基于TETRA系统应用开发接口的专用调度台、信息服务器、数据终端设备设计方法,实现了演练中的协同指挥和信息融合。

The application scheme of a Terrestrial Trunked Radio （TETRA） digital PMR adopted in the exercising information system is presented. The communication mode, services features, latest evolution and new functions of the TETRA standard are described, and a typical TETRA system composition is provided. Based on such three main services of TETRA as voice dispatch, short data and packet data, the general scheme for unified mobile communication application in the exercising information system, which integrates dispatch, command and information gathering, is designed. The design methods of equipments developed on the basis of TETRA system API, such as dedicated dispatch console, information server, data terminal, etc., are presented. The coordinative command and information integration in the exercise are realized.
