建立丁香罗勒油中丁香酚含量ＧＣ测定法；以ＳＥ－３０为固定相，柱温１８０℃，进样口温度２１０℃，ＦＩＤ检测器。水杨酸乙酯为内标物，丁香酚保留时间４．３ｍｉｎ。
The gas chromatography for the determination of eugenol in Oleum ocimi gratissimi was developed as follows: SE30 was used as stationary phase at 180 ℃, injection point at 210 ℃. The detector wasFID. Acetyl salicylate was used as standard substance. The retention time of eugenol was 4. 3 minutes.
