地方人士著述作为一种独具特色的地方文献资源,既有利于图书馆形成馆藏特色,又能够扩大图书馆的社会影响,提高图书馆的知名度。地方人士著述工作作为公共图书馆地方文献工作的重要组成部分,越来越受到各级公共图书馆的重视。清晰界定地方人士著述工作的对象和内容,创新地方人士著述的征集方式与措施,宣传地方人士著述工作的重要性和意义,建立地方人士著述征集体系与馆藏数据库,有利于公共图书馆地方人士著述工作的实施与可持续发展。

As a kind of unique local literature resources,the collection of local figures＇ works are contribute to forming characteristic collections,expanding social effects of the library,and enhancing the visibility of the library.As the important part of local literature work,the collection of local figures＇ works is paid more attention by levels of public libraries.For the implementation and sustainable development of local figures＇ works,public libraries should define the object and content of local figures＇ works clearly,innovate collecting measures of local figures＇ works,propagate the importance and significance of local figures＇ works collections,and construct the collection system and database of local figures＇ works.
