高校图书馆如何适应时代和社会发展的要求,在为本校的教学和科研做好服务的同时融入社会,主动探索社会服务新模式,在地方经济建设中发挥更大作用,并在为地方社会服务中寻找机遇,发展壮大图书馆自身,是当前值得深入思考和研究的一个重要课题。宁波大学图书馆转变服务理念、服务目标、服务内容、服务方式、服务环境等,进行信息服务推广与服务模式创新,其成功实践能为高校图书馆信息服务社会化提供参考。

It is an important subject which is worth thinking and researching deeply at the current time that how university libraries adapt to the requirement of times and social development, integrate into society and explore a new mode of social services actively while provide efficient services for teaching and scientific research, play more important roles in the local economic construction and find new opportunity in services for local society.The author expects the successful practice of Ningbo University Library on the mode of information services promotion and innovation can provide references for the socialization of information services of university libraries.
