摘要
随着Web即时通讯技术的发展,一种既保持IM的优势又满足公共图书馆需求的新型虚拟参考咨询模式——即时咨询(Instant Messenger Reference)应运而生,以其更好的用户体验推动图书馆虚拟参考咨询向无障碍的即时通话方向发展。深圳图书馆采用基于Web即时通讯技术的即时咨询模式以来,咨询量直线上升,服务效果明显提高,受到了读者的一致好评。
With the development of the Web-based Instant Messenger, a new type of virtual reference model(Instant Messenger Reference) which maintains IM' s advantage and meets the needs of public libraries came into being, and promotes the Library Virtual Reference to the direction on barrier-free instant messaging by its better user experience.The utilization of Instant Messenger Reference has increased the amount of consultations, and improved the effect of consult services in Shenzhen Library, so that the reference service was welcomed by readers.
