矫治86例(110人次)麻风的各种畸形,详细描述了手术方法、适应症和疗效判定标准。随访10年,疗效令人满意。作者强调修复拇指内收肌功能对矫正拇指畸形的重要性,并认为矫治足踝畸形和皮瓣转移是治疗足底溃疡的重要措施。
The 10—year results of 110 orthopedic operations for 86 cases of leprosy are reported and were very good.The indicatons of different kinds of procedure used and the criteria for assessment of their effect are discussed.The authors emphasize the importance of restoration of the function of adductor muscle in correcting thumb deformities and believe that the corrections of foot and ankle deformities are important to the treatment of plantar ulcers.
