摘要
自我护理是人类个体为保证生存、维持和增进健康与安宁而采取的行为。麻风病人自我护理的目的是最大限度地发动病人及其家属参与康复活动,提高病人的自护能力。
Under cooperative project of China MPH with TLMI,9995 leprosy—affected persons have completed two years self—care and the results showed that among them there were 1792 reddening eyes,432 rhagadeses and 112 wounds in the hands ,and 1131 rhagadeses and 3651 plantar ulcers in the feet,of which 56.6%,85.9%,81.3%, 76.7% and 30.8% have healed up respectively by the end of two years,but vision defect and lost bones have not any improvement.The authors pointed out that self—care is very efficacious for protecting hands,feet and eyes from occurrence or exacerbation of disability in leprosy and should be widely popularized.
