Improvement of Weathering Resistance of Alkyd Resin Exterior Protection Coating for Oil Country Tubular Goods by Polystyrene

将价格低廉的聚苯乙烯再生料添加到醇酸树脂外防护涂料中,提高了涂料的户外防护性能。通过添加一定量的相容剂、液体环氧树脂和硅烷偶联剂提高了涂层在钢管上的附着力与耐候性,用催干剂和低沸点溶剂加快了其表干速度。该快干性外防护漆在油井管涂敷厂得到成功的应用,有效防止了油井管在长期储运过程中的大气腐蚀。

The weathering resistance of alkyd resin exterior protection coating was improved by adding polystyrene.The properties of adhesion and atmospheric corrosion resistance of the exterior protection coating could be enhanced by adding compatilizer,liquid epoxy resin and silicane coupling agent,and the surface drying rate of the coating was accelerated by dryer and low boiling point solvent.The quick drying exterior protection coating was applied to the oil country tubular goods（OCTG） factory successfully and effectively to protect OCTG for a long time from corrosion during storage and transportation.
