摘要
针对目前丙烯酸酯系列印花毛毯定形胶的原料价格高,而价格相对低廉的聚醋酸乙烯酯系列同类产品性能指标不过关的现状,采用核/壳乳液聚合工艺,以聚醋酸乙烯酯为主要原料和其他改性单体和交联单体共聚,确定了最佳工艺条件。对比测试了改性前以及丙烯酸酯系列同类产品胶膜的吸水性、拉伸强度、剥离强度和弹性等性能指标,合成了固含量为40%,黏度为(10±2)Pa.s的改性聚醋酸乙烯酯印花毛毯定形胶,其百米落胶量仅为8.25 g。研究表明,改性后的共聚乳液不仅具有良好的耐热水性,而且提高了弹性、黏附性等性能,降低了生产及使用成本。
In recent years,a problem exists that the price of stuff for acrylate adhesives for wool blanket printing is too high,but the PVAc which is used for the same purpose has lower price due to the poor index of performance and parameters.To deal with this phenomenon and to meet the needs of industry,a synthesis methed of a new stereatypes plastic for wool blanket printing is introduct at here,and the optimum technological conditions is determined by the copolymerizdition of the main PVAc and other medified monoter.To compare the medified plustic and the formers by a set of test(performance index exam like water absorption,tesile elmgation,peel strength,elasticity etc) synthesised modified PVAc plustic for wool blanket printing that sold content is 40%,and its viscosity is(10 ± 2) Pa.s,the amount of its pad lowering doum per 100 meters is 8.25 g.Research shows that the copolymeric emulsion improves the hot-water resistance,flexibility and adhesion etc,and reduces the costs of production and application.
