摘要
电子政务公众接受度低是一个普遍现象。针对此问题,在实证研究的基础上,利用TAM模型对此现象进行分析,得出电子政务公众接受度的影响因素主要包括:服务获取渠道的便利程度、系统的可操作性、电子政务服务的一站式水平、电子政务与公众的相关度、相关宣传等,并提出相应对策,以期提高电子政务建设的效益。
Citizen' s acceptance to e-government is universally dissatisfying. This paper uses TAM model to explain this phenomenon through empirical study. The conclusion is that such factors relate to it: convenience of access to e-government service, operability of the system, one-stop level, relevance of e-government service to citizen and dissemination. And corresponding countermeasures are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of e-government construction.
