摘要
为了解外科病人健康教育需求特点，用自行设计的“病人健康教育需求调查”和“焦虑自评量表”，对东北三省１０所医院外科住院病人１０００例进行问卷调查，有效问卷９８９份。调查显示：外科病人围手术期教育需求具有多样化、阶段性特点，焦虑检出率女性高于男性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。针对上述特点，提出围手术期全程分期教育对策。
A study was conducted in order to identify the
characteristics of surgical patient's educational needs.1000 patients participated in the study.The
results showed that:patients eductional needs varied in different stages of hospitalization.Women
had higher anxiety than men.It was proposed that patients' education in surgical department
should be different according to the stage of hospitalization.
