Analysis on Inner Mechanism and Risk Control of Enterprise Strategy Evolution

企业战略本质上由该企业所具有的比较优势能力决定,一个企业若想改变其战略就必须改变其要素禀赋结构,同时为了达到高层次竞争优势的目标必须实现比较优势的超越发展。遵循上述原则的基础上,企业战略的演化路径由现有战略、环境变化和高层管理团队三要素共同决定,该三要素分别通过遗传、变异和选择机制在演化过程中发挥作用。此外,应关注战略演化过程中的"断档"风险,可以通过延长现有战略生命周期和加速导入新战略的方式来加以解决。

The enterprise strategy depends on the capability where enterprise has comparable advantage.If one enterprise wants to change its strategy,it must change its capability structure,and at the same time,it has to make the comparable advantage progress beyond others in order to achieve the higher competitive advantage goal..Based on the above principle,the evolutionary path of enterprise strategy is decided by the following three elements： present strategy,environment change and superior management team,which produce effects by the inheritance,variation and selection mechanism.In addition,an enterprise must pay attention to the risk of strategy evolution—breaking,and solve it by enhance present strategy life-cycle or accelerate the input of new capability.
