技术竞争情报是企业技术战略管理的关键输入。本文在介绍企业技术竞争情报获取难题基础上,提出融入知识处理技术是实现智能情报采集的关键,探讨挖掘研究的可行路线,透视企业技术竞争情报需求,抽象出识别技术活动行为、识别技术融合、识别技术生命周期、识别技术发展趋势、识别技术机会等典型战略业务活动作为挖掘目标,并进一步将数据挖掘基本流程与传统的技术竞争情报活动流程有机结合设计一体化的挖掘流程,将挖掘活动划分为需求规划、挖掘、评估利用三个基本环节,并分析挖掘环节在情报价值生成中的作用方式。

Enterprise competitive technical intelligence is the key input into technology strategy management.This paper introduces the challenges confronting competitive technical intelligence acquisition at first,and then suggests knowledge processing technology should be merged into it.Based on the discussion about how to realize intelligent acquisition,the paper explores the enterprise s needs for competitive technical intelligence,which are reduced to the identification of the technological activity behavior,the technological fusion,the technological life cycle,the technological trend and opportunity.These typical operational activities of technology strategy management are regarded as the goal of intelligence mining and correlative mining process is designed to achieve them.The mining process is the conjunction of data mining and competitive technical intelligence flow,which is divided into requirement planning,mining and dissemination,and how it increases the value of data is analyzed at last.
