摘要
利用物理和化学方法系统地研究了硫酸、热水、FeSO4溶液、低温、赤霉素等不同处理对假苍耳种子萌发的影响。结果表明,不同的处理对假苍耳种子的萌发作用具有明显的差异。处理20s的硫酸,60℃热水,0.20%FeSO4溶液和500mg·L^-1的赤霉素分别提高了假苍耳种子10%、17%、5%、11%的发芽率。低温处理不能提高种子发芽率。研究假苍耳的萌发作用对明确假苍耳发生危害具有重要作用,对控制假苍耳的蔓延具有重要的指导意义。
By using physicaland chemicalmethods, the article systematically researched the effect of different treatments on Iva xanthifolia seed. The results showed that effects of different treatments on Iva xanthifolia seed germination had obvious differences. 20 s sulfuric acid, 60 ℃ hot water, 0.20% FeSO4 solution and 500 mg·L^-1 gibberelin enhanced Iva xanthifolia seed germination rate 10%, 17%, 5%, and 11%, respectively. The low temperature treatment could not enhance the seed germination rate. It played an influential role for researching germination function of Iva xanthifolia to be clear about Iva xanthifolia harm, and had the importantguiding sense forcontrolthe spread of Iva xanthifolia.
