阳江天然高本底辐射诱导人体淋巴细胞适应性反应

Exposure to natural high background radiation in Yangjiang inducs adaptive response in human lymphocytes.

目的本研究是为了探讨阳江天然高本底辐射是否能引起人体淋巴细胞的适应性反应。方法从阳江高本底辐射地区（ＨＢＲＡ）采集居民外周血，离体照射１５Ｇｙ６０Ｃｏγ射线，然后分析染色体畸变率。结果ＨＢＲＡ居民的染色体畸变率显著地低于在相同条件下离体照射的对照地区居民的畸变率。结论在人体内受到天然高本底辐射照射的淋巴细胞同样能产生适应性反应。

Objective\ The aim of the study was to learn whether an adaptive response in human lymphocytes could be induced by natural high background radiation in Yangjiang. Methods The lymphocytes from inhabitants in the high background radiation areas (HBRA) in Yangjiang were irradiated in vitro with 1.5 Gy Co 60 γ rays,and then the chromosome aberrations were analyzed. Results The chromosome aberration frequencies in lymphocytes of people in HBRA were lower than those in control areas (CA) irradiated in the same conditions. Conclusion An adaptive response can also be induced in lymphocytes in vivo by high background radiation.
