老化态度问卷(AAQ)中文版的初步试用

Application of Attitudes to Aging Questionnaire(AAQ) among Chinese Aged Adults

目的:考察老化态度问卷(AAQ)在中国的文化适应性,并探讨性别、年龄、教育水平及主观健康对老年人老化态度的影响,同时比较中国本土老年人和中国移民老年人的老化态度。方法:对480名60岁以上中国本土老年人和32名移居英国华裔老年人施测AAQ和背景信息问卷。结果:中文版AAQ有良好信效度;年龄、教育水平及主观健康对老化态度有显著影响(其中70岁组对心理丧失体验更为消极,对心理获得体验更为积极;教育水平高者有较低心理社会丧失感;主观健康影响老年人心理社会丧失与身体变化的态度体验);中国本土老年人与移民老年人无显著差异。结论:老化态度问卷具有较好中国文化适用性,一些生理心理社会因素会影响老年人老化态度。

Objective：To examine whether this scale is psychometrically suitable for Chinese aged adults,and then to examine whether aging attitudes were influenced by age,gender,educational level and subjective health;and to compare the aging attitudes between emmigrants and local aged people.Methods：480 local aged Chinese people and another aged Chinese sample of 32 emmigrants to UK were collected and asked to finish AAQ and the background information questionnaires.Results：①AAQ showed satisfactory reliability and validity.②Age,education level and subjective health influenced AAQ scores significantly.③The hypothesized immigrant effects on aging attitudes were not found in this study.Conclusion：The translated version of AAQ can be served to studies concerning aged people＇s aging attitudes in China.Some factors could affect the attitudes to aging;length of time of immigration makes no differences.
