摘要
近二十年来,研究者开始意识到人格障碍的早期表现,尤其是青春期人格异常具有重要的临床意义与研究价值,由此开展了大量实证研究。本文回顾了青春期人格障碍研究在流行病学方面的进展,并得出以下结论:①青春期总体人格障碍的发生率约为15%,与成人相似;②青春期人格障碍在早期患病率最高,随后逐渐降低;③某些类型的青春期人格障碍的患病率存在性别差异,年龄和性别对某些类型的青春期人格障碍的影响存在交互作用。
Over the past 20 years,there have been more and more researchers breaking the age limit of diagnosis and studying personality disorders in childhood and adolescence.In this paper a comprehensive review of the advance in epidemiology of adolescent personality disorder was made with the following conclusions：① The prevalence of total adolescent personality disorders is about 15%,which is like that of adult;② the prevalence of PDs in the early adolescence is highest,then it gradually decrease overtime;③the prevalence of some type has gender differences,the age and gender have interaction influence to the prevalence of adolescent personality disorders.
