摘要 为了提高灰色综合评价方法的客观性,提出了改进的灰色关联法。改进的灰色关联模型以加权灰色关联度和均衡度合成的均衡接近度作为评价准则,既避免了关联度由少数几个较大的关联系数决定的倾向,又采用了客观权系数——熵权,避免了评价中的主观性影响。对平顶山煤业(集团)有限责任公司六矿综采工作面的安全性进行评价,得出了各综采工作面安全性优劣的排序及差异程度,同时指出了各综采工作面在人、机、环境方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The improved grey correlative method was put forward in order to improve the objectivity of grey synthetic evaluation method. Weighted grey correlative degree, which is derived from entropy weight and grey correlative coefficients, can avoid the tendency of which the grey correlative degrees are decided by few greater grey correlative coefficients. Moreover, the entropy weight is a kind of objective weight and it is independent from the influence of evaluators. Balanced degree reflects the balanced level of a sequence. Balaneod adjacent degree is derived from weighted grey correlative degree as well as balanced degree and it is adopted as the evaluation criteria in this model. Therefore, the evaluation result is more adjacent to reality. This method is applied to the safety evaluation of fully mechanized mining faces in the 6th mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group Corporation Ltd. The safety order preferences and safety differences of all fully mechanized mining faces are acquired. At the same time, the safety problems rising from the factor of man, machine and environment for fully mechanized mining faces are pointed out. The corresponding to improve the mining safety are put forward. The evaluation results indicate that the improved method is more reasonable and objective if compared to the general grey correlative method.
