摘要 目的研究通过顶空进样毛细管分离,气相色谱FID测定水中微量的苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯、苯乙烯的检测方法 ,为此类检测提供依据。方法移取13ml水样于顶空瓶中,用手动扎盖机密封,在65℃油浴40分钟,通过顶空进样技术注入气相色谱测定,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果各组分在一定浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,回归系数大于0.998,加标回收率为97%-107%,检出限为0.10-0.80μg/L,相对标准偏差小于6.5%。结论该方法对水中微量的苯系物测定快速、灵敏、准确,易于推广应用。 Objective To study the methods for testing the Micro benzene substances in water based on the solution technology by headspace capillary gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(HSCGC-FID),such as benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,dimethyl of p-xylene and m-xylene and ο-xylene benzene,isopropyl benzene and styrene,and provide a basis for detection of these substances.Methods The 13ml bottles of water was moved into headspace vial,the vial was sealed with hand seamer and was put in 65℃ oil bath for 40 minutes.The sample was detected by HSGC,qualitatively measured by its retentive time and quantified by peak area.Results There was a good linear relationship among various components in a suitable range,the regression coefficient was 0.998,the rate of recovery was in the range of 97-107%,the detection limit was in the range of 0.10~0.80μg/L,the RSD was less than6.5%.Conclusion For the detection of the Micro benzene substances in water,the method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for wide use.
