摘要
[目的]研究黄瓜中嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉残留量的检测方法。[方法]采用乙腈提取黄瓜中的嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉农药残留,氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱进行柱净化,高效液相色谱可变波长紫外检测器(260nm)进行测定。[结果]嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉回收率分别为97.74%~102.83%和83.21%,103.74%,相对标准偏差均〈5%,最低检出限分别为0.008mg/kg和0.014mg/kg。[结论]该方法简单、快捷、灵敏,适合于黄瓜中嘧霉胺和烯酰吗啉残留量的测定。
[ Objective ] To study the determination method of pesticides residue of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph in cucumber. [ Methods ] The pesticide residues in cucumber were extracted with aeetonitrile and cleaned up with florsil Solid- Phase Extraction ( SPE ) column. The analytes were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) equipped with Variable Wavelength Detector ( VWD ) at 260 nm wavelength. [ Results ] The average recoveries of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph ranged 97.74%-102.83% and 83.21%-103.74%, separately. The relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The limits of detection of them were 0.008 mg/kg and 0.014 mg/kg respectively. [ Conclusion ] This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, it can be used to determine pyrimethanil and dimethomorph residues in cucumber.
