摘要
采用比色法测定了口服单剂量扶正口服液后，家兔体内齐墩果酸的血药曲线，并据此研究了扶正口服液中齐墩果酸在体内代谢动力学规律．结果表明，齐墩果酸在家兔体内的代谢符合一室药动学模型．并求出了该制剂的主要药动学参数．
The drug-blood curve of oleanolic acid in rabbit body was determined by colorimetric method after the single dosage of Fuzheng oral liquid was qiven to rabbit. The metabolism kinetic rule of oleanolic acid in vivo was also studied by this method. It was showed that the metabolism of oleanolic acid in rabbit accorded with one-room phannacokinetic model. And the main pharmacokinetic parameters were assayed.
