摘要 本研究在免疫组织化学染色中应用微波炉技术,建立了快速有效的免疫组织化学染色方法.结果表明,采用微波技术可以将传统的ABC免疫组织化学杂色时间由24h缩短为1h,用12种抗体对比染色表明效果稳定,与传统染色效果相比一部分呈色明显增强,起到了常规方法中起不到的良好的抗原修复作用,且脱片率降低,非特异性背景染色减少,认为可以在免疫染色甚至在其它病理技术中推广应用. We established a rapid and effective immunohistochemical staining method by using a microwave technique in immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the staining time of 24 hours traditional ABC immunohistochemical staining method could be shorted into 1 hour.The result of a contrast staining with 12 antibodies showed that the effect of the present method was stable, some staining effects were strongthen obviously compared with that of the traditional staining method, having good antigen repairing role, which could not be observed in the traditional method, besides that the rate of detachment of slices was low and the rate of non-special background staining was reduced, suggesting that the present method can be applied in some other pathologic techniques.
