摘要
本文主要通过实验室方法对牺牲阳极阴极保护进行研究工作。通过两种不同保护电位下(低于-850mV和高于-850mV),加热炉用钢的腐蚀情况进行对比研究。结果表明,在两种保护电位情况下其保护度都可达到80%以上。牺牲阳极阴极保护工作电位数值大小与阳极体表面积大小有关,单以保护电位作为牺牲阳极阴极保护的评价标准是不准确的。最后,本文对加热炉牺牲阳极阴极保护现场施工进行了简要介绍。
The cathodic protection by sacrificing anode was performed by laboratory methods, and the corrosion of the steel of the heating-furnace under the investigated under the two conditions, below -850mV and above -850mV. The results showed that the protection efficiency were more than 80% in both cases. The potential of cathodic protection by sacrificing anode had a relation with the area of the anode, and it was inaccurate that only the protection potential was used as the assessment standard. In the end, the field operation of cathodic protection by sacrificing anode was briefly introduced.
