摘要
在使用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶酪中钙的含量时,同时采用干灰化和湿法消解的方法对奶酪样品进行前处理比较。结果表明:利用F检验对两种前处理所得结果进行评定,两种方法的测定精密度是一致的;在置信概率水平a=0.05时,经t检验两种方法的测定结果的准确度无显著性差异。总体而言,干灰化和湿法消解都可以作为火焰原子吸收光谱法测量奶酪中钙的前处理方法。
The sample treatment of cheese by the dry-ashing method and the acid digestion method was determinated of Calcium by FAAS. It was found that the precision of both methods were same by F-test ;at the confidence level of a=0.05,there was no significant difference in accuracy of two methods by t-test. On the whole ,pretreatment of cheese by both dry-ashing and acid digestion is suitable for the FAAS analysis.
