摘要
高速逆流色谱作为天然产物研究中必不可少的工具,本文阐述了高速逆流色谱的设计原理、以及分离原理和特点,介绍了X-axis CPC、DuCCC、pH-zone-refining CCC等一些新技术,并对高速逆流色谱技术在天然产物分离纯化和研制方面的应用进行了详细综述,包括对有机酸、内酯、多酚、生物碱、萜类、黄酮类、香豆素、木质素、醌类、甾体、苷类等不同化学成分进行分离纯化的应用。
High-speed countercurrent chromatography is a indispensable tool in natural product research. The paper elaborates the instrument design and separation principle, and the characteristics of the technology. It also introduces some new developments - X-axis CPC, DuCCC and pH-zone-refining CCC. Finally it describes the application in separation and purification of the second metabolites of botanic natural products such as organic acids, lactones, polyphenols, alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, coumarins, lignin, quinones, steroids, glycosides and so on.
