论经营服务型管理模式在设备管理中的运用

Discussion for the Application of Operation and Service Management Mode on Equipment Management

目前设备管理处于传统简单的服务型管理模式,忽略了对设备进行经营管理,这不符合市场经济规律,作为高校的一项投资必须注重设备投资效益,因而转变管理模式,将经营服务型管理模式运用于设备管理中是提高设备投资效益的出路。本文首先对我院设备管理现状进行调查分析,通过本次调查反映出我院设备的低效被动的管理模式,设备管理未按市场经济规律运作,因而使设备管理模式向经营服务型模式转变已经迫在眉睫。随后对经营服务型管理模式的特点进行了具体的分析,最后围绕如何构建该管理模式进行了分析和论述。

At present, the equipment management is traditional and simple service management mode. If the operation management on equipment is ignored, it does not accord with the rule of market economy. As the invest in universities, we must attach importance to the investment benefit, so the management Mode should be changed. It is the outlet of boosting the investment benefit of equipment to apply operation and service management mode to equipment management. At first, this text undertakes the diagnosis of the present situation of equipment management in our school. The investigation reflects the inefficient and passive management mode of equipment management in our school, equipment management do not operate according to the rule of market economy, so making equipment management mode make the transition to the operation and service management mode is impending. Then characteristic of the mode is analyzed, finally the paper analyzes and expounds how to structure the management mode.
