摘要
针对目前环评工作中确定水泥工业卫生防护距离的常见方法进行研究。比较行业标准、公式、模式这3种卫生防护距离确定方法,提出确定水泥工业卫生防护距离的最优方案。目的是让卫生防护距离的确定更科学合理,并且减少资源的浪费,在确保人民群众健康的前提下合理利用土地资源。
This research focuses on common methods used for determining health protection zone(HPZ) of cement industry in environment impact assessment.Three methods,industrial standards,formula,and model,are compared,and the optimum scheme for determining HPZ of cement industry is proposed.The purpose is to make the determination of HPZ more scientific and reasonable while reducing waste of resources,thus making a rational use of land resources on the precondition of ensuring people’s health.
