摘要
研究利用高温蒸馏法和超临界流体提取法从土壤中提取14C绿黄隆的结合残留。结果表明,利用高温蒸馏法,在200~300℃之间,有278%结合残留能被释放出来;但由于其挥发性较小,难以被载气载带进捕集液中。利用超临界甲醇提取30min,提取效率达8582%。
High temperature distillation (HTD) and supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) methods were used to extract 14 C chlorsulfuron bound residues from soil. It was revealed that about 27 8% of bound residues could be released from soil at 200~300℃ with HTD method. However, the released residues could not be trapped by absorbent solution because of their less volatility. When supercritical methanol was used to extract bound residues, 85 81% of bound residues could be extracted from soil in 30 minutes.
