摘要
介绍教师专业发展的内涵及实现模式,并阐释“2+2”教师评估法及其要素组成,分析“2+2”教师评估法的优势。在此基础上,从评价的角度探讨如何利用“2+2”教师评估法促进教师的自我反思实践,进而提高教师专业发展。
This paper puts forward the content of teacher professional development and implementation of model, and explain "2+2" performance appraisal method and its elements. Then this paper investigates how to use the "2+2" performance appraisal method to promote self-reflective practice of teachers, and then support teacher professional development.
