Psychological Factors Affecting Employment of Medical Students

目的：了解分析潍坊医学院临床医学生的就业心理，以此来帮助医学生解决心理问题。方法：采用自设的问卷对临床医学专业不同年级（新生除外）学生的就业心理进行调查。结果：学生选择继续深造的占据大部分（49．4％），直接就业的仅占36．4％，对于就业的形势基本上抱不乐观的态度；在工作单位地点及性质选择上，本省市内的国有综合医院成为大多数学生的首选；大多数认为求职前最需要的是提高自身的专业能力。结论：全面分析并正确认识大学生就业过程中产生的各种心理，积极寻求解决办法，使医学院在校大学生能保持稳定、积极、正确的就业心态，提高就业的成功率。

Objective： to understand the psychology of medical students in our school, in order to help students solve the psychological problems of its job seekers. Method： survey about the psychology of students （except for freshmen） of Clinical medicine through self-designed questionnaire. Results： students who choose to continue their studies account for a large percentage（49.4%）. They are unoptimistic about the job market. State obtained general hospitals of the southeast coast is the first choice for most of students. They have the opinion that the top priority before seeking for a job is to strengthen their professional capability. Conclusion： a comprehensive analysis of employment and a correct understanding of university students in the course of the various psychological, and actively seek solutions to local college students to maintain employment psychological stability, positive and correct attitude of employment, improve the employment rate of success.
