榆林地区草地资源持续高效利用研究

Sustainable and Effecient Utilization of Grassland Resources in Yulin.

根据榆林地区的自然特点，分析了该区草地资源的利用现状，提出了持续高效利用的发展对策：（１）应用系统论原理，建立新的农林牧业关系；（２）建立永久性牧草基地，实行轮封轮牧；（３）推行补播，恢复植被，提高载畜能力；（４）建立水草畜平衡系统；（５）加强草地科学的研究与技术推广；（６）建立草地畜牧业生产的监测与信息系统。

Grassland utilization situation and the interrelations among grasslands, animal husbandry, cropping and forestry was discussed based on the natural characteristics in Yulin. The resource superority and obstacle factors of sustainable development for grassland resources were discussed. In order to safeguard and utilize the grassland resources scientificly, some developing strategies were proposed: (1) Establish new relation between agriculture and animal husbandry according to the principle of system theory; (2) Establish permanent forage grass bases and apply rotational grazing; (3) Recover the vegetation by replanting, to raise livestock grazing capacity; (4) Establish balance among water, grass and livestock; (5) Strengthen grassland scientifice research and advanced technology extenssion; (6) Establish supervisory and information system of animal husbandry production.
