Present Situation and Thinking for Grassland Development and Utilization in Jiangxi Province.

论述了江西草地开发利用的现状，从发展草食家畜、增加草地畜牧业在草地开发利用中的比重、重视牧草在水土保持中的作用和正确处理种草养畜与种果、栽树的关系等方面。

Analyzed the development and utilization of the grassland in Jiangxi province, the authors considered that during the course of developing and utilizing grassland, the grazing animal development should be emphasized and the percentage of the grazing animal husbandry should be increased. Measures of emphasizing the effeets of forage grass on controlling runoff and soil loss, handling the relations between pasture development, animal raising and fruit tree planting in the right way, placing the grassland development and utilization for the ecological environmentl and social developments; strengthening the improvement of the grassland development and utilization should be considered.
