全冠修复材料离子析出及其对牙龈成纤维细胞生物学行为影响

摘要 铸造合金和全瓷等材料被广泛用于牙体、牙列缺损的修复。修复体在口腔环境中行使功能时会发生腐蚀,引起离子析出,造成修复体周围牙龈组织的损害。本文就全冠修复材料的离子析出及其对牙龈成纤维细胞生物学行为影响的研究现状,以及临床常用冠修复材料的性质、优点、缺点及相互之间的比较做一综述。 Dental casting alloys and ceramic have been widely used in prosthetics.Currosion would happen during their functions.Ions released would made gum inflamed.This article addressed the crown restoration materials ion released and effect on the biological behavior of gingival fibroblasts as well as the influence of clinical common crown restoration materials properties and advantages and disadvantages,and the comparison between is reviewed.
