还原法陶粒的诞生与油页岩渣超轻陶粒的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决以匣钵法在静态下对陶粒烧胀性试验不稳定、工作效率低等问题,在对桦甸市示范电厂油页岩渣为主要原料研制陶粒项目中,使用了自制的回转烧胀罐,形成了还原法烧胀超轻陶粒(陶砂)新的试验方法。还原法陶粒(陶砂)避免了形成厚质的氧化外壳,使外表面全玻化形成一层薄皮,密度降低,质量提高;工作效率大幅度提高。 In order to solve the instability and low efficiency of static ceramic firing expansion test with saggers, a new test method of ultra-light ceramic (ceramic sand) firing expansion with self-made rotary burning bulging cans was applied for production of ceramics with zeolite residue as main raw materials from Huadian City demonstration power plant. Ceramics (ceramic sand) produced with reduction avoid the formation of thick oxide shell to make it form a thin-skinned vitrified layer over outer surface, the density reduced, the quality and work efficiency improved.
