2009年宝鸡市碘缺乏病考核评估技术指标结果分析

Analysis of Technical Data of Examination and Evaluation on IDD in Baoji City in 2009

目的分析研究2009年陕西省宝鸡市碘缺乏病考核监测结果,为全面掌握宝鸡市实现消除碘缺乏病目标及相关防治工作进度提供基础资料。方法以县为单位,调查辖区东、西、南、北、中5个乡(镇、街道办事处)的中心小学8～10岁学生的尿碘、健康教育知识掌握情况,考评当年及前3年辖区的居民合格碘盐食用率。结果 8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数为371.2μg/L,尿碘含量低于50μg/L的构成比为0.33%;五年级学生健康教育问卷及格率为94.3%;当年居民户加权合格碘盐食用率为99.6%。结论宝鸡市儿童尿碘水平、健康教育知识掌握情况、居民户合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准,该市以县为单位实现了消除碘缺乏病阶段目标。

Objective To analyze results of evaluation on iodine deficiency disorders（IDD） in Baoji City of Shaanxi Province in 2009 so as to provide basic data for mastering correlative control progress of reali-zing the target of IDD elimination.Methods Taking county as a unit,urinary iodine and comprehension of health education of students at age of 8 to 10 years from central school of 5 villages（towns and community of-fice） in direction of the west,east,north,south and middle,in order to evaluate edible rate of qualified io-dized salt of residents in the districts during the latest 3 years.Results Median of urinary iodine of the chil-dren at age of 8 to 10 years was 371.2 μg/L,and constituent ratio of iodine content in urine less than 50 μg/ L was 0.33%.Pass rate of health education questionnaire of students at grade five was 94.3%.Weighing edible rate of qualified iodized salt of residents in the year was 99.6%.Conclusions Urinary iodine of the children,comprehension of health education and edible rate of qualified iodized salt of residents reach the na-tional standard in Baoji City,where realizes the stage target of IDD elimination by the unit of county.
