高炉风口中套异种金属焊接工艺研究

Welding Procedure Research on Heterogeneous Metal in BF Tuyere Mid Breast

主要针对宝钢高炉风口中套内无氧铜和Q235钢两种材料的焊接工艺进行研究。通过对两种材料的焊接性能进行分析,确定了对应的焊接材料和焊接参数,并通过现场实验,最终制定了适合铜钢异种材料在高炉中套在线检修的不预热状态下的焊接工艺。

The paper mainly researched on the welding procedure of oxygen free copper-Q235 steel in the blast furnace（BF） tuyere mid breast.The corresponding welding materials and parameters were fixed through analyzing the two materials′welding performance,and the appropriate welding procedure in the non-preheat state of BF tuyere mid breast online repairing was worked out through on spot experiments.
