PVC离心母液生化处理回用技术

A technouqe for biochemical treatment of PVC centrifugal mother liquid

介绍了PVC离心母液的特点和预处理方案，阐述了山东阳煤恒通化工股份有限公司10万t／aPVC装置采用“厌氧＋两级好氧＋一级BYS降解＋臭氧深度处理十二级BYS降解”的生化法处理离心母液的工艺过程。结果表明：处理后的PVC离心母液出水水质ρ（COD）≤20mg／L、浊度≤5NTu、pH值7～9。

The characteristics of PVC centrifugal mother liquid and pretreatment plans were in- troduced. A kind of biochemical process for the treatment of PVC centrifugal mother liquid adopted in the 100 kt/a PVC production facility of Shandong Yangmei Hengtong Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The process included anaerobic, two-stage aerobic, first-order BYS degradation, advanced treatment with ozone, and two-order BYS degradation. The results show that the treated PVC centrifugal mother liquid contains COD≤20mg/L, turbidity≤5 NTU and pH 7-9.
