自身抗体阴性酮症倾向糖尿病及诊断与处理 被引量：1

摘要 酮症倾向糖尿病（Ketosis—prone diabetes，KPD）是一组异质性综合征，临床特点为无明显诱因发生酮症或酮症酸中毒（DKA）。其病理生理、临床、生化和遗传特征超出了目前的糖尿病分型定义，已不能简单地划归于1型或2型糖尿病（T2DM）。根据是否存在自身抗体，
