摘要
介绍了攀钢生产氧化钒所用钒渣的粒度分布及不同粒度钒渣的化学成分,研究了钒渣粒度对钒转化率的影响规律,优化了氧化钒的生产工艺。在钒渣粒度为80~160目,钒渣:尾渣之比为10:6,碱比为1.4的条件下焙烧熟料钒,其转化率达到86%。
This paper introduced the particle size distribution of vanadium slag on producing vanadium oxide of Pangang group and the chemical composition of different particle size vanadium slag;the influence law of particle size of vanadium slag for percent conversion of vanadium has been researched and the production technology of vanadium oxide was optimized.The percent conversion of vanadium by roasting was 86%in the condition that the particle size of vanadium slag was 80~160 mesh,the ratio of vanadium slag and tailings was 10:6,alkali ratio was 1.4.
