摘要
对樱桃忍冬鲜果汁扫描，定量微量元素、重金属、维生素Ｃ、糖酸比，测试其氨基酸、ＳＯＤ活性。发现樱桃忍冬含微量元素丰富，特别是含具有清除自由基的Ｓｅ。富含１８种氨基酸，且含有过氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）。研究结果表明，樱桃忍冬是一种具有食用和医用价值的保健植物，亟待开发利用。
Scanning trace element,heavy metal, Vc, proportion of sugar and acid and testing amino acid, SOD active for fresh fruit juice of Yingtao rendong was carried. Results showed that Yingtao rendong contains rich trace element, especial Se with eliminating free radical, and contains 18 amino acids and SOD. which indicated Yingtao rendong is a health protection plant with the value of edible and medicine.
