硅铝钙钡是一种新的脱氧剂,具有良好的脱氧能力,能大量减少非金属夹杂物的形成,使钢的性能更加优异。钡元素作为一种优异的有益元素,炼钢时需要及时了解其百分含量。传统的分析方法无法满足实际分析的速度要求,实验通过合理的分析方法改进,可一次沉淀快速测定硅铝钙钡中钡的百分含量,具有良好的准确度和精密度,可作为快速检测方法进行推广。
Si-Al-Ca-Ba is a new deoxidizer,has good deoxidization ability.It can reduce the formation of non-metallic inclusions, so that improve more excellent performance of steel.Barium element is used as a superior element,in the steel-making it needs to know its percentage composition,but the traditional analysis method is unable to meet the quick request in the practical production.The experiment improves the old analysis method reasonably,and can rapid determinates the percentage composition of barium by just primary sedimentation successfully in the Si-Al-Ca-Ba alloy.The method has good precision and accuracy,which may be carried out as a rapid method.
