藏雪鸡羽毛水提取液对兔凝血时间影响的研究

Stydy on Effects of Extract Fluid of Tibetan Snow Cock′S Feather on Coagulant Time in Rabbit

在１１２只兔上分别测定了静脉、肌肉注射藏雪鸡羽毛水提取液后凝血时间的变化，结果：静脉注射试验组的凝血时间由２．１３±１．０１ｍｉｎ缩短为１．０３±０．５０ｍｉｎ；肌肉注射试验组的凝血时间由１．７６±０．５２ｍｉｎ缩短为１．０２±０．５６ｍｉｎ（均Ｐ＜０．００１）；２个注射生理盐水对照组的凝血时间均无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。在２０只兔上测定了该提取液体外给药对凝血时间的影响，结果：试验组的凝血时间为２．７９±１．０３ｍｉｎ；生理盐水对照组的凝血时间为３．００±０．８３ｍｉｎ，两组间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

The change of coagulant time was determined after injecting the extract fluid of Tibetan Snow Cock′s feather intravenously and intramusclularly in 112 rabbits.The results were as follows:The coagulant time shortened from 2.13±1.01 min to 1.03±0.50 min in intravenous trial group and from 1.76±0.52 min to 1.02±0.56 min in intramuscular trial group(P<0.001).In addition,the same extract fluid was also used to determine effect on the coagulant time in vitro in rabbit.The results were as follows:The coagulant time was 2.79±1.03 min in trial group,and 3.00±0.83 min in the control group,and there were no significant differences(P>0.05).
