摘要
今天,舆论界把20世纪90年代日本经济衰退归结为日美1985年9月的＂广场协议＂和日元的升值;归结为日本80~90年代的房地产和金融泡沫。但纵观日本战后历史发展,这一衰退的发生应该有更深刻的和多方面的原因,其中战后日本教育模式应是原因之一,在教育上长期偏重于应用教育,而忽视基础教育发展,虽然成就了日本经济的高速发展,但经济发展后劲不足的问题最终还是显现出来。
Most public opinions attribute the recession of the post-1990 Japanese economy to the Japanese-American ＂Square Agreement＂ signed in September,1985 and the rise of Yen value as well as the real estate and financial bubbles in the 1980s and 1990s.It is assumed that the recession is much related to the emphasis placed on applications rather than foundational research.
