摘要
比较了粘虫和家蚕对苏云金芽孢杆菌库斯塔克亚种菌株HD┐1的伴孢晶体在幼虫中肠液中的体外活化过程。SDS┐PAGE结果表明,伴孢晶体或溶解的130kDa原毒素在粘虫中肠液中活化后形成的毒性肽的浓度比家蚕低,原因是130kDa原毒素在粘虫中肠液中发生了过度降解。蛋白酶活性检测结果表明,粘虫中肠液中含有较高的蛋白酶活性。
The processing of parasporal crystals of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki HD1 in the midgut juice of Mythimna separata was studied in contrast with that of Bombyx mori SDSPAGE Results showed that both parasporal crystals and dissolved protoxins were excessively degraded in Mseparata midgut juice and only little activated toxin was generated While a larger amount of activated toxin was produced by the midgut juice of Bmori shown by SDSPAGE Further studies revealed that the midgut juice of Mseparata had a higher proteolytic activity than that of Bmori which was determined by examining their caseinhydrolyzing velocities at pH10 In addition, Mseparata midgut juice showed a more complex protein profile Our results suggested that the high proteolytic activity in Mseparata midgut juice might contribute to the low sensitivity of the larva to Bthuringiensis
