摘要
利用混凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)对某厂印染废水进行处理,考察了PFS单独使用及与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联合使用的效果,探讨了初始pH值、混凝剂投加量及温度对处理效果的影响.结果表明,PFS与PAM联合处理印染废水时效果较好,在常温常压下,初始pH值为9.5,PFS投加量为4 mL/L时,印染废水的化学需氧量(COD)和色度的去除率分别达91.8%和88.0%.
The printing and dyeing wastewater of a factory was treated with the coagulant of polymerization iron sulfate(PFS) and the effects of PFS used alone or in combination with polyacrylamide(PAM) were studied.The effects of combined PFS-PAM treatment gave satisfactory results.A removal rate of 91.8% for COD and 88.0% for chroma was achieved when the original pH was 9.5 and PFS dosage was 4 mL/L under normal temperature and normal pressure.
