摘要
为了有效地从富含蛋白的牧草中提取叶蛋白,对苜蓿采用6种不同的方法进行提取试验,从中选出了最佳提取方法。并对蛋白、纤维、糖浆产品中有关元素、各种氨基酸等进行了详细分析研究。结果表明,蛋白产品中其蛋白质含量在50%以上,纤维产品中蛋白质含量在20%以上。值得注意的是蛋白产品中有关元素含量很高,各种氨基酸含量不但高,而且比例协调。因此。
Six methods abstracting leaf protein of alfalfa were compared in order to find the best
one. Relative elements and ammonia in protein, fibre and sirup product were carefully
analyzed. The results indicated that the content of protein in protein product and fibre product
were over 50% and 20%, respectively. It was worthwhile to notice the very high contents of
relative elements in its protein product, which content of ammonia acids was high and the
proportions was resonal. Thus, abstracting leaf protein from forage with high protein contents
was an important way to solving the nutrient problem of protein deficiency in China.
