摘要
要通过痢特灵等18种药物纸片对嗜水气单胞菌甘肃株和上海株的测试,以及两菌株对氧哌嗪青霉素、新霉素等7种药物敏感性和两菌株间差异显著性测定,得出18种抗菌药物对两菌株敏感性的不同反应,对甘肃和上海菌株均呈高度敏感(+++)的药物有氧哌嗪青霉素、新霉素、庆大霉素(此3种为首选抑菌药物)、妥布霉素、卡那霉素和链霉素等6种;均不敏感(-)的有氨苄青霉素、磺胺和青霉素3种;对两菌株表现不同敏感性的有痢特灵、丁胺卡那等9种。
Paper plate testing for 18 medicines of piperacillin sodium, neomycin sulfate, gentamycin sulfate, tobramycin sulfate, kanamycin sulfate, streptomycin sulfate, aminobenzyl-penicillin, sulfa, penicillin, furazolidone and amikacin sulfate etc, and sensitive testing of 7 medicines of and significant difference testing to Gansu and Shanghai strains of Aeromonas hydrophila indicated that 18 pesticides were different to sensitivity, response of the two strains. Among them, piperacillin sodium, neomycin sulfate, gentamycin sulfate, tobramycin sulfate, kanamycin sulfate and streptomycin sulfate had acted high sensitively, aminobenzyl-penicillin, sulfa and penicillin were not sensitive, and others had acted different sensitivity to the two strains.
