摘要
通过对煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带缺点分析,研制出符合煤矿安全要求的织物叠层阻燃输送带。重点解决了叠层阻燃输送带覆盖胶与贴胶的安全性能,明确了高强度叠层阻燃输送带发展方向。
Based on an analysis of the shortcomings of fire retarding single-pieced fabric conveyor belt for coal mine use,fire retarding laminated fabric conveyor belt for coal mine use is developed that is up to coal mine work safety requirements.This paper lays emphasis upon the solutions to the work safety features of the cover rubber and binder rubber use to manufacture fire retarding lamination fabric conveyor belt.This facilitates the development of high strength fire retarding lamination fabric conveyor belt.
