复合回交设计在甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低隐性核不育两型系选育中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低隐性核不育两型系的选育中,采用逐步加入优良亲本,各世代都以F1植株与A株回交的复合回交设计方法,通过5年的综合选择,已育成黄籽频率达80%以上、芥酸含量小于1%、硫甙含量低于20μmol/g的两型系112AB及3231AB系列,且品质稳定,植株性状整齐度高,抗性好,丰产性强。所配组合绝大多数比对照油研七号增产,增产幅度为2.5%~33.3%,同时抗菌核病能力强于华杂三号和油研七号。 B and 3231AB series, the dual propose recessive genic male sterile line, with 80% yellow seed frequency, low erucic acid content (<1%) and low glucosinolate content (<20 μmol/g) were selected by using complex backcross design (every F 1 generation were backcrossed with plants of sterile plant A) through 5 years. These series are of steady quality, good uniformity of plant characters, strong disease resistance and higher yield. The yield of most combinations mated with the lines mentioned as above is higher than that of Youyan 7 and the increase range is from 2.5% to 33.3%. Their resistance to sclerotiniose is better that of Huaza 3 and Youyan 7.
