复杂荷载作用下冻结凿井井壁损伤应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 以冻结凿井井壁为研究对象,根据其在施工和运营各个阶段的受力特点,优选出适合各个阶段的损伤模型,建立了适合冻结凿井井壁应力分析的含初始损伤的各向异性损伤模型。修正的模型中考虑了温度、施工条件、混凝土的断裂能和骨料等情况对井壁质量的影响。用FEPG有限元自动生成程序软件编写了三维弹性损伤程序,利用FEPG进行了梁宝寺矿主井井壁结构的弹性损伤模拟计算,得到在永久地压、井壁重力以及随时间不断增大的竖直附加力的共同作用下,井壁结构内部的损伤变化过程,探讨了结构破裂的力学机理以及裂缝出现的位置和扩展过程。 Taking the freezing sidewall as study target,and based on the stress states at stages of conduction and running,the damage model that is suitable to corresponding stress state is selected,and the anisotropic damage model including initial damage,which suit to make stress analysis for freezing sidewall is set up.A three dimensional elastic damage program is compiled using FEPG software,which takes the following factors into consideration:temperature,conduction condition,concrete facture energy and aggregates so on.The FEPG software is adopted to simulate and calculate the elastic failures of the sidewall structure of Liangbosi mine.And the sidewall's damage evolutionary process under complicated stresses such as permanence field stress,sidewall's gravity and vertical additional stress changed with time is obtained.Lastly,the paper discussed the facture's position and its development process,and the mechanical mechanics of the sidewall's structure failure.
